IPTV World TV keeps as little information as possible.
What we receive
- On the website: the server logs of our hosting provider (IP address, browser, pages visited) and anonymous visit statistics. We do not run accounts or forms that ask for personal data.
- On WhatsApp: your phone number, the messages you send us and — if you order — the payment confirmation and the device details you share for activation (for example a MAC address).
How it is used
Only to answer you, deliver and support your subscription. We do not sell or share this information with anyone, except the server provider when activation requires it.
Retention and deletion
Chat history stays on WhatsApp until you or we delete it. Write to us on WhatsApp to have your data removed.
Cookies
The site uses only the technical cookies needed for caching and language selection, plus Google Analytics for anonymous statistics.
