How the activation works

  1. Install the app on your device from its store or from the developer's site.
  2. Open it and write down the MAC (and Device Key if shown).
  3. Send them to us on WhatsApp with the name of this product.
  4. We activate it and tell you; then you add your subscription (Xtream codes or M3U link) inside the app.

Good to know

  • The activation is for one device. A new TV needs a new activation.
  • This is an app activation only — it does not include a channel subscription. Choose a server from our store if you need one.

What is an IPTV subscription?

A service that plays TV channels, movies and series over the internet through a player app on your TV, phone or computer, instead of a dish and receiver.

Do I need fast internet?

A stable 10 Mbps connection is enough for standard quality; for 4K, 25 Mbps or more is better. Stability matters more than speed — a cable or Wi-Fi close to the router works best.

How many devices can I use?

It depends on the server; usually one line plays on one device at a time and can be installed on several devices used in turn. Ask us about the server you want before ordering.

How do I receive the subscription?

After the payment is confirmed we send your Xtream codes (server, username, password) and an M3U link on WhatsApp, with setup instructions for your device.

What are the payment methods?

They vary by country; message us on WhatsApp and we send the options available to you before you pay.

What if it does not work on my device?

Contact us on WhatsApp and we go through the setup with you (app, details, internet). If it still cannot run on your device after we try together, we discuss the right solution for your case.
